7) select cmd.

10) Select "yes"
11)"exit"
12)select restart
13)press 5 times Shift key on
the log on screen
14) cmd will open
15)Write "Net user "
16) write "net user "user
name" * "
17) write "desired
password" {it will not show you
what you write}
18) repeat it to confirm your
password
19)write exit
20) when it asks for the
password write what you have
written in the cmd
21) have fun
NOTE : the user name should be
in inverted coma if it is of two
digit
