The only thing you need for this trick to work is the actual image url. So, let us get into the procedure to see deleted Facebook photos.
1. Login to your Facebook account and select any image which you want to delete (you can upload any image temporarily in-order to implement this trick).
2. Open the image you want in a new tab and copy the URL of the photo from address bar of the browser. Save it in a notepad temporarily.
3. Now, right click on the image and click �Copy Image Location�. Paste this URL in notepad.
4. Delete the photo. Copy the URL you saved in Step 2, paste it in address bar and hit on Enter. Facebook will show you �This content is currently unavailable� message like this:

5. Now, copy the URL you saved in Step 3, paste it in address bar and hit on Enter. Yes! You can access your deleted Facebook photo, though it is deleted!

Why can we access deleted Facebook Photos?

To provide an efficient service to its users, Facebook uses Content Delivery Network i.e. CDN. CDN creates a local cache in which high demand data is duplicated and temporarily stored for faster delivery. So, if a user deletes photos, these photos are deleted from main servers of Facebook. But, they remain accessible from CDN servers which take some time to flush their cache.
